Since听2008,听we鈥檝e been rolling out new technologies that allow us to reduce plastic鈥檚 impact on the environment. 100% of all our Mexico packaging听than can be biodegradable听are now biodegradable, in line with听ASTM 6954-18.
That means if they are not recycled, they听will have zero impact on the environment and will decay back into nature as听food听for bacteria and fungi.听
In听2019 we announced听the rollout of Mexico鈥檚 very听first compostable bread packaging.
